Relationships can be deeply rewarding and deeply challenging. Couples counselling helps partners improve communication, repair disconnection, and better understand each others needs. Whether you're navigating conflict or strengthening your bond, we work towards a more secure and connected relationship.
A space just for you. Discover the root causes of your difficulties and work towards meaningful change with personalized therapy sessions tailored to your unique needs and goals.
Parenting doesn't come with a manual, Parent coaching provides practical tools and emotional support to help you respond to your child with confidence and clarity. Strengthen your family bonds, improve communication, and resolve conflicts.
Adolescence can feel overwhelming, for both teens and their families. Counselling for teens offers a supportive, non-judgmental space to explore emotions, identity, relationships, and stress. The goal is to build coping skills, confidence, and a stronger sense of self.
Children often express themselves through play rather than words. Play therapy allows children to process emotions, experiences, and challenges in a way that feels natural and safe. Through guided play, we support emotional growth, resilience, and healing.
Anxiety can feel consuming, but it is also highly treatable. Together, we work to understand your anxiety, develop practical coping strategies, and gently shift patterns that keep you stuck. The goal is to help you feel more grounded, in control, and able to engage fully in your life.
Struggles with self-esteem can affect every area of life. Counselling helps you explore where these beliefs come from and begin to shift how you see yourself. We focus on building self-compassion, confidence, and a more balanced inner voice.
Depression can feel heavy and isolating, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. Counselling provides a space to be understood while working toward increased energy, motivation, and connection. Together, we move gently toward hope and meaningful change.
Accessible, flexible, and effective. Online counselling allows you to receive support from the comfort of your own space. Whether your schedule is busy or you prefer the convenience of virtual sessions, therapy can meet you where you are.

If you’ve never been to therapy before, it’s completely normal to feel unsure about what to expect. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and understood. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, develop deeper insight into yourself, and consider the personal, relational, and behavioural factors that may be impacting your wellbeing.
Therapy may also include learning about mental health, how the brain works, and patterns in relationships, depending on your needs and goals.
Sessions typically begin with a brief check-in, followed by what feels most important for you to talk about, or continuing from a previous session. Throughout our conversation, I’ll check in with you about how you’re feeling and what’s coming up for you.
At the end of the session, we’ll take a few moments to reflect on how it felt and, if helpful, discuss possible next steps.
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel an appointment. As the appointment is reserved exclusively for you, in the event that notice is not given, the full established hourly fee will be charged. Certain exceptions will be made in the event of emergency cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances.
If a session starts late, it will end at the originally scheduled time with the same fee arrangement as for a full session.
